CHICKEN PARMESAN ON A CIABATTA BUN |

Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake chicken fillets for 15 minutes, flip, then cook about 8 minutes longer. Top each with 2 tbsp (30 mL) pizza sauce. Place thinly sliced Parmesan cheese on each. Bake for 2 minutes more or until cheese is melted. Cut buns in half horizontally; toast if desired. Place hot chicken fillet on each bun. Serve with green salad. Makes 4 servings.
