mayonnaise or soft cream cheese 50 mL
1 tbsp
dijon or whole grain mustard 15 mL

small 6"(15 cm) flour tortillas, large lettuce leaves, coked bacon slices 8

sweet red pepper strips 250 mL

Directions

Bake chicken breast strips as directed. Cool and cut in half horizontally.

Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over tortillas, dividing evenly. Place lettuce, chicken, bacon and pepper on top. Roll up tightly. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
