Directions
Prepare chicken burgers according to package directions.
Heat the oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Sautè the zucchini, onion and red pepper until softened, about 5 minutes.
Spread bottom half of each foccaccia bun evenly with mustard. Top each bun with a lettuce leaf, a chicken burger and an equal portion of sautèed vegetables. Cover with bun top. |
