ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 8 slices |

slices Monterey Jack cheese |

Directions
Bake haddock fillets according to package directions.
Top each cooked fillet with 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa, 2 avocado slices and 1 cheese slice. Squeeze a little lime juice over each portion. Return to oven to melt cheese, about 1 minute.
