chunky salsa 125 mL

ripe avocado, peeled and cut into 8 slices 1

slices Monterey Jack cheese 4

Directions

Bake haddock fillets according to package directions.

Top each cooked fillet with 2 tbsp (30 mL) salsa, 2 avocado slices and 1 cheese slice. Squeeze a little lime juice over each portion. Return to oven to melt cheese, about 1 minute.
