Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC).
Scrub but don't peel the potatoes. Cut into wedges and pat dry with paper towel. Toss with oil until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, turning occasionally or until tender and golden. Sprinkle with salt.
TIP: for crispier results, preheat the pan in the hot oven for 5 minutes. |
