1/2 cup
diced roasted red peppers 125 mL
1 tbsp
grated lemon zest 15 mL
1 tbsp
chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp/5 mL dried dill weed) 15 mL

Directions

Toss rice with red peppers, lemon zest and dill.

If you prefer raw sweet red pepper, add chopped red pepper to rice 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
