Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF (160ºC). Cut tomatoes in half crosswise and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with oil and vinegar; sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs, basil and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and tomatoes are heated through but still intact. |
