BAKED SWEET POTATO FRIES |

olive or vegetable oil |

1/4 tsp |
each dried thyme and sage leaves |
1 mL |
1/4 tsp |
garlic powder |
1 mL |

salt and pepper to taste |

Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF (220ºC). Peel sweet potato and cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick sticks. Toss with oil, thyme, sage, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a large non-stick baking sheet. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden browned, from 25 to 30 minutes. Turn halfway through baking.
Serve with Janes Multigrain Haddock for a delicious, nutritious meal. |
